Over the past two weeks, I have had to put football on the back-burner due to a bad knee which I attained in a friendly. I am glad to say that I have now fully recovered. However, due to my acting course in London, I had trouble getting back in time for training and this has consequently has marred my reputation with the first team. I am now playing reserve team football.

'Ceroc' is an abbreviation for the French phrase: c'est Rock. This fusion of Jive, Salsa, Ballroom and Cha cha, is easy to learn, sociable and fun, and can be danced to any music with a regular beat. Ceroc DJ's play music ranging from 70's classics through to current chart favourites. An evening at Ceroc provides a great way to meet people, have fun and keep fit.

Over the course of Thursday and Saturday I traveled to Brick Lane in London; a 10 minute walk from the Aldgate East train station. The journey took roughly 1 hour 50 minutes each way. I have never visited Brick Lane before so my first outing was a bit of an adventure planning my journey and walking through the streets of south-east London. This was a music video filmed at the Ramshackle Club in Fulham on the evening of Sunday 10th August. The club usually hosts Commercial Dance, House, Alternative Dance, Electro Techno, Drum and Bass, Hip Hop and Funk every Saturday night from 8pm. I participated in two days of filming at Shepperton Studios for a Pot Noodle Commercial. It will be aired in cinemas nation-wide from December. Coincidentally whilst travelling to Shepperton Studios in London, I met the lead actor Jan Esparza and the Production Manager Tatiana Karol on the train. Like many people I met on set that day, they were both warm friendly people.

PYNK London is one of London’s newest salons and fashion studios in Belgravia. It will be a five hour photoshoot with a style consultation with a make up artist. Including an abundance of pampering with facials, massages, manicure, hair styling and a makeup session. I will be working with a team of professional stylists who have had over 15 years experience
